Perfect Creation Kits Return & Exchange Policy:
At Perfect Creation Kits, we are committed to ensuring our customers love their art projects. Our goal is 100% satisfaction, and we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every kit we deliver. Here's our policy designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for returns and exchanges:

Returns & Exchanges:
- Damaged or Defective Items:
We ask that customers inspect their kits upon arrival and report any defects or damages within 14 days of the delivery date. This prompt reporting is crucial for us to address and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Non-Personalized Items: Perfect Creation Kits, are eligible for return or exchange, particularly in cases of damage or defects. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

- Personalized Kits: Due to the custom nature of personalized kits, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse. These items are specially made to order, and unfortunately, returned merchandise cannot be resold.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, please call us at +1 215-480-2200 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Our customer service team will guide you through the process based on your specific needs.

2. Pack Your Return: Please ensure the item is packed securely, preferably in its original shipping container. Place the RMA number on the outside of the box, clearly visible for our returns department. Note that returns without an RMA number will be sent back to the sender.

3. Shipping Your Return: We encourage customers to ship returns via a trackable method or use the return label provided, if applicable. Perfect Creation Kits is not responsible for merchandise lost in transit.

Please Note: The customer is responsible to pay partial shipping costs in the amount of $4.95, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. In such cases, we will cover the shipping expenses.

Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.
